SOUL's Partners are Value Added Resellers (VAR) who are seeking to offer a solution to the SME market by offering the Linksys One solution. Linksys One allows you to gain a long term relationship with your SME customers while adding valuable revenue to your bottom line.

SOUL provides their channel with all the tools required to be successful in selling and providing 1st level support for Linksys One.

Linksys One is a plug and play solution for small business with 2-50 users who would like to have one point of contact for all of their communication needs. Linksys One is designed as a complete system for all of your voice, data, mobility, security, wireless, storage, video, resiliency and manageability requirements. It has been designed by Linksys and Cisco and is managed via a Service Node in the SOUL network. The Service Node is the hub of call routing, security, customer provisioning and system management. Linksys One can be installed in a matter of hours instead of days and minimizes disruption to your customer's business. As a SOUL Partner for Linksys One you are able to support your customer remotely minimizing your support time and potential lengthy downtime of your customer's business.

What do you need to do to become a SOUL Partner for Linksys One?

  • If you are looking to purchase the hardware from your distributor directly, then you will need to comply with the Linksys One Partner Program. Click here for more details
  • SOUL prefers that all SOUL Partners are Linksys One Partner certified in order to provide your customers with premium 1st level support
  • When you have completed the Linksys One Partner Program or, if you are already a Linksys One certified partner, please complete the SOUL Partner Application Form (opens to form for completion)
  • When SOUL has received and accepted your application, we will provide you with The SOUL Partner Agreement for acceptance and then give you access to the Channel Partner Portal.
  • We will also contact you in regard to our training courses which will be available for you to attend

LINKSYS AND SOUL ANNOUNCE THE AVAILABILITY OF LINKSYS ONE TO THE RESELLER CHANNEL

SOUL to sign up VARs to offer the Linksys One managed communications platform to Small Businesses

Linksys®, a Division of Cisco Systems, Inc., the recognised leading provider of voice, wireless and networking hardware for the consumer, SOHO and small business markets and SOUL, a leading communications service provider, today announced the availability of the SOUL Partner program to recruit resellers to sell the Linksys One converged voice and data solution to small businesses in Australia.

SOUL - a Linksys One Hosted Solution Provider (HSP) since last June - has been working closely with Linksys to develop and deliver the Linksys One managed communications solution designed specifically for small businesses.

Under the new SOUL Partner Program, SOUL will certify value-added resellers (VARs) and System Integrators (SIs) to sell and support Linksys One, allowing these VARs to deliver a solid, managed communications platform to their small business customers.

The Linksys One solution provides Business-grade Voice-over-IP telephony services, broadband access, data networking services and hosted applications over a single Quality of Service enabled connection.

"Linksys and SOUL have spent 12 months working together to create this innovative converged voice and data platform for small businesses, a key pillar of the Linksys Connected Office strategy," said Graeme Reardon, regional director, Australia and New Zealand at Linksys. "We are pleased to be offering a business-grade, yet cost-effective, VoIP telephony and data solution to small businesses in conjunction with SOUL."
